All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
However, due to the recent Covid-19 situation, there are shipping delays of depending on where you are located. Domestic Orders will be shipped via UPS USPS
- Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business days) excluding holidays.
International Orders will be shipped via DHL
- All shipments outside the US will be subject to import duties & taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing. Should a shipment be rejected or details not provided to the courier within the suitable time frame any return fees are your responsibility.
- If you place an order that contains a Pre-order item please note your full order will not leave until Pre-order items arrive. If you would like in stock items first separate orders must be made.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says "No information available at the moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
ME BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
- Once packages leave our office it is responsibility of shipping carriers. (USPS,DHL & UPS)
- Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.
- We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS/DHL or UPS.
If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please call your shipping carrier directly.
